The Sylvania LEDVANCE RT downlight is a high-performance recessed lighting solution engineered for commercial and professional retrofit applications. Available in two sizes — 6 in. and 8 in. — both feature a spinning aluminum construction, 4 selectable color temperatures (3000K–5000K), 0–10V dimming, and a wet rating for versatile placement. ENERGY STAR listed with a CRI greater than 90 and a 50,000-hour L70 lifespan, the RT downlight delivers uniform, glare-free illumination with up to 41% energy savings over traditional lighting. Compatible with standard rough-in frames for both new construction and retrofit installations.

The selectable CCT switch lets you set the color temperature before installation — warm 3000K for hospitality and residential environments, neutral 3500K–4000K for offices and retail, or crisp 5000K for task-intensive commercial and healthcare spaces. The 8 in. model also offers selectable lumen output (1000, 1500, or 2000 lm), adding further flexibility for lighting design and code compliance across different room types.

With 0–10V dimming and universal 120–277V operation, the RT downlight integrates seamlessly into commercial lighting control systems and is compatible with standard rough-in frames, making it a straightforward upgrade from traditional recessed fixtures.
